How it Works

To offer you a fast turnaround and great pricing structure, we have developed a web based PDF system. Our Order Form page will provide you with descriptions and accurate pricing in seconds. All you have to do is choose the the material, options, size and quantities you need to print and our system will display our pricing. It will automatically change pricing as you add or choose different options. Once you are happy with your order all you have to do is upload your files and hit the PLACE ORDER button.


  • To place an order, first sign up for a free online account at our website. Once you have validated your account, you can begin ordering with our simple but powerful automated Quote/Order Form. Most orders are ready by the next business day, but we will let you know immediately if we foresee any delays.
  • You will receive an automated email upon successful completion of your order.
  • You will receive a second email within two business hours confirming that your files have been reviewed and have been sent to the printing queue. We will contact you if there is any problems with your artwork.
  • You will not receive proofs of your uploaded files. Your proof is your PDF file viewed in Acrobat Reader. If your printed files do not look the same as viewed in Acrobat Reader, we will reprint them at no charge.
  • After your job is printed we inspect it to ensure the highest quality. We only work with the latest equipment which is maintained by our in-house technician and electronics engineer. All of our printers have matching Colour ICC Profiles to ensure consistency.
  • You will receive a third email when your job is ready to be shipped or picked up.
  • Prepare your artwork.
  • Save your artwork in PDF format. Please review it in Adobe Reader before uploading.
  • Use our Quote-Order Form page which will automatically calculate the best prices for your order.
  • Select your materials, finishings and shipping method, choose your files, and hit the PLACE ORDER button.
  • We review your files and print them in our state of the art printers. We inspect them to ensure that our high standards are met and ship them according to your instructions or hold them for you to pick up.
  • We discuss with you how does CMYK printing works.
  • We provide you with detail explanations on how to save and format your PDF files for the best results and fast turnaround.
  • We provide you with tips and tricks for better colour management and quality of artwork for printing.
  • If you prefer you can always visit, call or email us to discuss any issues you may be having.
  • Flexible and adhesive substrates are delivered on a roll ready for you to incorporate them in your finished products.
  • Rigid orders are cut to predetermined sizes as ordered.
  • Other finished available on Order Form.
  • Most orders received by 10:00 am will be printed by 3:00 pm the next business day.
  • If you choose Rush service time you will be charged an extra fee.
  • Our system automatically calculates discount according to the total amount of your order.
  • Our loyalty discount varies depending on the quantity of printing you need per month.
  • Our system will select the higher discount of the two ( order discount or the loyalty discount ) and apply it to the order.
  • New accounts have no loyalty discount as a default. Our loyalty discount levels are: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
  • New clients will receive loyalty discounts depending upon the amount of their first month orders.
  • Your loyalty discount will be automatically calculated and updated at the end of each month.
  • Net 15 on approved credit.
  • Charged weekly to your credit card.
  • Prepaid for the occasional print jobs (default setting).
  • We will contact you prior to printing your first order to discuss your desired payment method. You can also contact us to make arrangements before you place your order.
